Kisses!!

Guess recently I must be too lonely or my tongue being too lonely, that I always like it when I see people kissing (even in the movie) LOL

I always like to kiss. Kisses actually good to us - well the calories-free dessert. Slurrrppppp!
However not everyone is a good kisser. Some kisses like death fish and some kisses like they are doing some 'fencing' with your tongue, while some just kisses like they wanna suck your tongue out and swallow the whole tongue - ewwww!
But I must admit some kisses like... GOD! Those good kissers could probably make you feel like you just wanna spend the whole weekend kissing with them LOL

I think I must be either too desperate or too kind that I do some 'research' about kissing for your guys..

Kissing Do's and Don'ts

Do's:
* Breathe! Breathe through your nose or don't be afraid to pull back slightly to take a breath, but no one likes it when their partner violently gasps because they've been holding their breath!
* Have fresh breath!
* Reciprocate their kissing and be active. You don't want to be a kissing post, you want to be a kisser!
* Be gentle, not violent!
* Use your hands.
* Pay attention to your partner. Kissing is not all about you--it's about making them feel good too!

Don'ts:
* Use too much tongue or a really stiff tongue. This can be a turn off. Try to be subtle and gentle. The slower the hotter!
* Lick their teeth. Yuck.
* Kiss with your eyes open. It's ok to peek once in a while, but keep em closed or you'll come off as creepy!
* Salivate everywhere. Slobbery kissing is not cool. Just be conscious of it, and you'll do fine.
* Move too fast. Stay in control of yourself and don't freak them out by getting too frisky!

So now good in kissing already?
Well add in some 'spices' to it!
Some really 'romantic' or 'brilliant idea' of kissings!

1 - ICE KISS
Celebrate the first day of winter with an ice kiss. Put an ice cube in your mouth until your mouth becomes cold. Remove the cube, track down your love and plant a kiss that will send chills!

2 - UNEXPECTED KISS
When the two of you are doing the usual, lean over and give your love a sweet kiss on the cheek for no good reason and whisper...I LOVE YOU!

3 - SLEEPING BEAUTY KISS
Awaken your love from slumber with a tender kiss on the lips!

4 - No-Cal Kiss (I like this a lot!!! LOL)
After dinner, give your love a no-calorie desert...your lips.
5 - GOODBYE * 2 KISS
Send off your love in the morning with a quick kiss. As your love turns to leave, pull him or her back for a second, more passionate kiss

6 - KISSING IN THE RAIN
The next time it rains, grab an umbrella, rain coats, and your love. Then go outside and kiss in the rain. If the spirit of the kiss moves you, remove the umbrella and kiss 'till the two of you are soaked.

7 - HERSHEY`S KISSES
Prepare a small bag of Hershey`s kisses and slip it into your love's purse, briefcase, or lunchbox. Attach a note that reads "SORRY, I CAN'T BE THERE IN PERSON, BUT THINK OF ME AND DO THE FOLLOWING: Close your eyes and place the candy between your lips. Drop the candy in your mouth and roll it on your tongue until it melts.

8 - BREAKFAST IN BED KISS
Slip out of bed early and prepare a special "Kissing" breakfast to serve to your love in bed. Pick foods that you can easily pick up and feed to your love. Kiss between bites!

9 - BATH KISS
Surprise your love with a kiss while he/she is showering or in the tub. (WARNING: Prepare to get wet)

10 - KISS-A-THON
Passionately kiss your love for at least five minute longer than usual.

Actually there are more type of kisses, but I would like to share these only. I am picky, you know?

8 Things To Look For In A Guy …

Ladies, I’m sure most of you have already discovered that the good men left in this world are few and far between! It sometimes seems almost silly to hold out for a true gentleman and so often we seem to settle for whatever comes our way. Well, I am a firm believer in holding out! Good things happen to those who wait. If you are still waiting for your prince charming don’t despair! Here are a few key things to look for in a guy.

1. Does He Have A Job

I cannot stress the importance of this enough! I have been blessed with a wonderful fiancĂ© who works hard everyday and I know I will never lack anything. My dad is a very hardworking man, and so was my grandfather before he retired. I don’t think any women should settle for a man who is too lazy to get a job and take care of her! Of course I realize some men have health problems that prevent certain jobs, but for a young, healthy and strong man there should be no excuse!

2. Does He Have Respect

The definition of respect in the dictionary is as follows:

Feelings of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements • due regard for the feelings, wishes, rights, or traditions of others.

It is necessary for a guy to not only have respect for you and your wishes and desires, but for people in general. Watch his attitude and mannerisms towards others, how he treats them and how he speaks on the phone to them. Of course respect goes both ways, don’t forget if you expect someone to respect you then you should respect them!

3. Does He Have A Clean Appearance

No one wants to date a man who smells like dirt and looks even worse! Whether or not he wears name brand clothes or wears cologne is a personal preference, but he should at least bathe and shower on a regular basis as well as shave and keep his haircut neatly. A man who has a nice, neat appearance will get a lot farther than the man who doesn’t. And it says a lot about a person’s character that cares what they look like!

4. Does He Act Like A Man

If he still has to hide behind his mommy’s apron when the big bad wolf comes knocking at the door, he’s probably neither mature nor manly enough to be in a relationship let alone one with you! I mean, come on, you know you deserve a REAL man, one that will stand up for YOU not BEHIND you. He should offer you protection, not the other way around! And forget this feminine stuff, a man should dress, act, talk and walk like a man!

5. Does He Manage His Money Well

Before you commit yourself into a relationship with a man, look at how he handles his money. No, you don’t need to get a peek at his bankbook, but pay attention to the things he buys, how randomly he spends his money, and inquire about whether he thinks it’s important to have savings accounts or not. If you’re going to be committed to this man, it’s important to know that he’s not going to squander away all of his (and yours if you work) hard-earned money on video games and four-wheelers.

6. Does He Care about You

Make sure he likes you for YOU and not because of what you bring to the relationship. A true prince is one who would love you even if you were in a car wreck and lost your eyesight or got cancer and had to go through chemo. If he’s trying to get you to put out on the first date or pressuring you to move in together after you’ve only been going out for 2 months, you may want to back up and check this guy out a little more before you move on!

7. Does He Have Consideration

I’m not just talking about consideration for your feelings, although that’s important too. I’m talking about consideration for others, consideration for daily things in life, and consideration for big decisions. Men who just jump into things without thinking and then later regret it can cause you big pain. Just think about it- what if he just jumps into the relationship with you and then later realizes it wasn’t what he thought it would be? He may move on and leave you hurting and alone!

8. Does He Have An Education

I’m not saying that every guy has to have a college education under his belt, but at least a basic high school diploma is nice. High-school dropouts usually lack ambition and determination to succeed. That’s not a good sign! Choose a man with wisdom and you will be so glad you did!

These are just a few of the important qualities you should check for before you commit yourself into a serious relationship with a guy. Don’t sell yourself short! You deserve the best. And he’s out there somewhere I guarantee it! Just don’t settle for less than what you want!

8 Tips for Staying Younger Longer …

When it comes to attitudes towards aging, things have changed in a generation. Forty was once considered middle-aged, and sixty was old. Now, 60-somethings are enjoying life, still working or with an active retirement. Well, you don’t have to be rich or a celebrity to stay looking and feeling youthful. It’s best to start early, so here are my tips for staying younger longer.
1. Attitude
I genuinely believe that attitude is one of the most important factors in staying young. No, we can’t fight off the signs of aging forever, but we can let them know they’re not welcome! People who think they are old will be old, whereas those who keep a young outlook are more youthful.
2. Protection

I’ve probably made this point many times before, but it’s one that cannot be under-emphasised. Stay out of the sun! Although we do need a limited exposure to make Vitamin D, it’s very important to avoid direct sunlight as much as possible. Much of what people consider natural aging is actually sun damage. In my view, it is not worth premature aging (or the health risks) to get a tan.

3. Younger Company

Who says you have to stick to friends of your own age? I get on with anyone, regardless of their age. Hanging around with young people doesn’t mean that you are a sad person trying to regain their youth, it means that you don’t judge. Children are especially good company for showing you how to retain that young attitude.

4. Older Company

Also do the opposite of the above point – spend time with old people. They think that anyone under 60 is a mere youth, and since you’re probably young enough to be their grandchild you’ll feel young in comparison.

5. Curiosity

Staying youthful is not just about looks, it also means keeping the mind active. So don’t assume that your education is over when you leave high school or college. Always retain an interest in what’s going on around you and continue to expand your knowledge.

6. Forbidden Phrases

‘It’s too late’, ‘I’m too old’ and ‘Not at my age’ are phrases that simply do not exist in my vocabulary. If anyone ever says them to me, then I simply won’t listen. Too old? What rubbish!

7. Please Yourself

Doing things just for yourself is often considered selfish, and people who devote their lives to others are lauded and admired. Well, there’s nothing wrong with that if you genuinely want to do it, but not everyone is cut out for that kind of life. Never forget about time for yourself, and doing things that please you

8. Ignore Negativity

Who cares what anyone else thinks? Why should you follow their idea of how you should behave at any given age? I flatly refuse to grow up – or rather, I grew up and then I grew down again!

How important do you think attitude is when it comes to getting older? Are you going to grow old with dignity, or do your best to embarrass the children? Do you take practical steps to preserve a young appearance?

What is SPF? How to Choose a Good Sunscreen

With millions of people suffering with skin cancer or sun related skin damage every year, the use of sunscreen is more important than ever before. The good news is more people are becoming aware of the risks associated with sun overexposure and are taking the necessary steps to protect themselves in the future. The even better news is there are a multitude of products on the market which make it very easy to take care of your skin and protect it from the sun’s damaging rays. However, many people are quite confused over which sunscreen they should purchase and use. There are many confusing terms often used on sunscreen packaging which make it difficult to know what can protect in the most effective way.

What Is SPF?

SPF is an acronym which stands for Sun Protection Factor. Bottles with higher SPF numbers will protect better against harmful UVB rays from the sun. Basically, the SPF number is an indicator of how long you can stay in the sun without burning. For instance, if a person usually gets burned in 15 minutes, a lotion with SPF 15 protection would allow them to stay in the sun 15 times longer (or for 225 minutes) without burning.  It’s recommended by the American Academy of Dermatology that everyone wear a product with at least SPF 15. Of course, some people wonder if this means an SPF of 50 will protect loads more than lotions with SPF of 30. However, this is not necessarily the case. A lotion with SPF 50 only protects about 2% more than a lotion with SPF 30.

UVA and UVB

When you’re looking at lotions and sunblock products, be sure to check out the protection they offer from UVA and UVB rays. UVA rays are those which result in the aging of the skin and they may cause skin cancer. Without UVA protection from Coppertone lotions or any other sunscreen lotion, you’ll get more wrinkles. Thus, one factor to think about when choosing your daily makeup or moisturizer is whether or not it offers included UVA protection. Neutrogena offers high rating products to help you combine both makeup coverage and skin protection in one. UVB rays are those which can also give sunburn and are related to the cause of skin cancer.

Waterproof Sunscreen

While years ago white zinc oxide was required for beach goers, today there are many options when it comes to skin protection. You no longer are forced to look like a clown to get ultraviolet protection. Instead, you can now find waterproof sunscreen to help you be able to frolic in the ocean or at the pool without worrying about sun damage. Be sure to look for a type that is both noncomodegenic and hypoallergenic. Also be sure to remember most “waterproof” lotion provides up to 80 minutes or protection but “water resistant” lotion might only give up to 40 minutes of protection.

With so many great products on the market for every day skin protection, there is no excuse to not protecting yourself from the sun’s harmful rays. Skin damage from the sun not only causes cancer but it can also cause things like early aging of the skin and wrinkles. While cancer is much more terrifying to consider, most women aren’t motivated to protect themselves due to it because they think it will never happen to them. However, all women are concerned about wrinkles so take action today and protect yourself from both!
